Last Friday we did some very nice pictures at lunch time. The girls all got together and took some amazing looking pictures. Everyone looked Gorgeous. ! Luke Haggett brought all his professional equipment as we all posed and smiled for our last team shot! I am very grateful for an amazing season ! Thanks Girls! 

 

 

 

FIRST SNOW FALL OF WINTER 2012!

What a beautiful sight it was to wake up to a white blanket covering the ground. Snow?! Why Snow some people are asking, well with out snow Christmas wouldn't be Christmas <3! I was all happy until I walked out to the cold :/! That wasn't the best. But iv been waiting for this day since October. 1st! So what else could I ask for, FOR SURE made my day:)!

Good Bye Basketball :(

Well it's all over, good-bye basketball:(! I'm going to miss it all very much. The practise's with the girls, the long bus drives to the games, the singing and dancing. You guys made my last year of high school one to remember. But I am VERY proud of how far we got! I will never forget that one hot tub party at Mrs Thompson's house. It's for sure one for the books. You guys did amazing, each and everyone of you. I don't think that we could ask for another great team. You guys all made SFDCI RedHawks proud<3! We all made life time friends. I already miss it like crazy, and this was my first year I couldn't imagine what the rest of the girls who have been playing the whole 3 or 4 years feel. :)! congrats girls you guys honestly worked extremely hard and kicked a$$;)! i love you girls !

So I don't know if its not just me or if its the whole world but does anyone notice that CHRISTMAS IS IN 41 days?!?!?! I don't think I have loved anything as much as I love Christmas ! Its Amazing. All the Christmas movies, the hot chocolate, the family getting together, the presents, the pretty colours, the sparkling snow. Whats not to love <3 I have always loved Christmas sense I was so little, its the best time of the year.

Our SR girls Basketball team had a pretty good season if you ask me. We all tried EXTREMELY hard and worked as a team. No one can say that it was easy to get to the spot were at. I don't think that we could have asked for a better team. Yes we won LCIAA but how? How were we able to fight to that spot. Our score were;
30-25 SF vs. pdci
35.23 SF vs. cphs
56-40 SF vs. adhs
31-15 SF vs. ndhs
30-11 SF vs. sjchs
37-19 SF vs. pdci
30-21 SF vs. cphs
41-12 SF vs. adhs
28-32 sf vs. NDHS
44-17 SF vs. sjchs
With Semi's following right after we got that game with;
26-12 SF vs. pdci
Than two final games against CP fighting for our LCIAA title we got;
27-16 SF vs. cphs On Tuesday
47-26 SF vs. cpsh On Thursday

We faught hard and recieved the medals for LCIAA for another year. We continue to fight hard as our EOSSA in Kingston creep up behind this Thursday, November, 16th. 2012.

SFDCI SR Girls Basketball 2012

So, for a couple blogs I’ve decided to take a different topic. Before I was writing about drama, but who doesn't have drama right?! So this blog I'm going to talk about SFDCI SR Girls Basketball 2012 team. We have been doing practice since the 2nd day of school. All of the other girls on the team have been on it before. I was like the neeby. It didn't take long though for all of them to accept me as a part of the team, we all became pretty close. I was really scared at first I thought that I would lose every game at the end and everyone would hate me, and it would all be bad. Us girls had an amazing season, I don't think I could have asked for a better team, they all have their own personalities that are just amazing. We all brought something to the team weather it was good attitude, since of humor, or skills. I might not have been a starter but I had an amazing time sitting on the bench cheering everyone on! I love these girls, & I'm proud to say I'm a REDHAWK!
